They are simple to use. Our advice when using the vouchers:

• Don’t forget, you need to make reservations previously!
• Hotel rooms are limited. Reserve as early as possible, especially for peak times and popular destinations. As there are no cancellation fees, all you have to do is cancel the reservation if you change plans.
• For everyone’s benefit: if you do not intend to use a reservation, you may cancel it through the Bancotel reservation service, or we will cancel for you at no cost if you notify us.
• Be careful not to lose your vouchers: they are money!
• Pay close attention to the expiration date of the vouchers. Once they have expired, they have no value and cannot be used. The vouchers are payable to the bearer, so if you do not use them you can always give them to a family member or a friend.
• Reservations in Spanish hotels are guaranteed until 18:00 on the date of arrival (consult with us regarding other countries). After that time, the reservation is automatically cancelled. If you are going to arrive later than 18:00, do not forget to phone the hotel to reconfirm the reservation and notify them of this circumstance. In these cases, they may ask you for a credit card to guarantee the reservation.
