Talonotel

Talonotel is a new hotel voucher book that makes it possible for you to enjoy over 2000 hotels in Spain and 30 other countries, in addition to providing access to numerous services and products in advantageous conditions.
 
The Talonotel voucher book is a comfortable system of payment that offers you services and products in favorable conditions and at excellent prices, thanks to previously established agreements made by the Talonotel firm with associated establishments and companies.

Hotels

Each Talonotel voucher allows you to stay for one night in a double room for one or two people in associated hotels. Depending on the establishment, you may be asked for one or two vouchers, so we advise you to consult availability and check the Talonotel calendar for the hotel which you wish to stay at. We will tell you how to do so below.

Talonotel only selects the best hotels for the most demanding clients. The most important hotel chains are now included in the Talonotel program, with over 2000 three, four and five star hotels, over 500 of which are part of independent chains.
 
Talonotel is now present in Europe and the rest of the world as well and we update our offer daily. You can find hotels in Andorra, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brasil, Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Indonesia, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Morocco, Mexico, Mozambique, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, United Kingdom, Dominican Republic, Switzerland, Turkey, Uruguay, Venezuela, etc... Consult us for an updated list. Our agencies have a free annual directory published by Talonotel.

Other uses

Prices

The Talonotel voucher book includes 5 vouchers, each of which is worth 60€ (VAT included), so the final price is 300€ (VAT included).
 
With Talonotel, VAT is already included!

1. You will not have to calculate additional costs beyond the price of your voucher book. You will control how much you spend from start to finish.
2. You thus avoid unwanted surprises. With Talonotel you will not have to pay any additional costs when you have finished using your vouchers.
3. Before, you always had to pay VAT for the room, Now, with Talonotel you will avoid that bother.
4. A perfect gift! If you decide to give Talonotel vouchers, those who receive them will not have to pay any VAT on their present.

The Talonotel voucher books are only sold in travel agencies. We are authorized agents. We will tell you how to purchase them below.

Travel assistance insurance and phone service for medical and leisure activity information are included at no extra charge.

Now Talonotel offers something really different. When you make your reservation you will receive travel assistance so that you always enjoy your stay. This offer only includes hotels in Spain that are part of the TALONOTEL program (telephone for customer attention: 902 01 03 04).

Expiration

The vouchers currently in circulation are valid until March 31 2009. The voucher books for the following season will be available before then.
 
Be careful not to lose your vouchers: they are money!

How do I reserve?

1. Through our agency. You can phone us, send us a fax, use the e-mail or use the form which you will find at the end of this page. We will inform you on availability, handle your reservations and offer you free advice if you purchase your vouchers through our agency.

2. You can use Talonotel’s phone reservation service (902 01 03 04) from 8:00 to 24:00 from Monday to Saturday. You may also phone to obtain information about Talonotel, check on hotel availability, confirm or cancel a reservation or answer any other questions that may arise.

3. Talonotel website: http://www.talonotel.com. Only Spanish by now.

Our advice when using the vouchers:

• Don’t forget, you need to make reservations previously!

• Hotel rooms are limited. Reserve as early as possible, especially for peak times and popular destinations. As there are no cancellation fees, all you have to do is cancel the reservation if you change plans.

• For everyone’s benefit: if you do not intend to use a reservation, you may cancel it through the Talonotel reservation service, or we will cancel for you at no cost if you notify us.

• Be careful not to lose your vouchers: they are money!

• Pay close attention to the expiration date of the vouchers. Once they have expired, they have no value and cannot be used. The vouchers are payable to the bearer, so if you do not use them you can always give them to a family member or a friend.

• Reservations in Spanish hotels are guaranteed until 18:00 on the date of arrival (consult with us regarding other countries). After that time, the reservation is automatically cancelled. If you are going to arrive later than 18:00, do not forget to phone the hotel to reconfirm the reservation and notify them of this circumstance. In these cases, they may ask you for a credit card to guarantee the reservation.

• You can also guarantee the reservation 24 hours a day by phoning Talonotel or by indicating this when making your reservation.
