GEA, The Group of Travel Agencies
Viajes Difran, Paco's Travel, is a member of the GEA Group, which includes 544 travel agencies with over 840 offices in the 56 Spanish provinces and the principality of Andorra. GEA also started operating in Portugal in January of 2003 and there are currently 203 offices of 141 travel agencies working with the group in this country.
In short, this group of travel agencies has over 1200 offices and 3000 people working in the Iberian peninsula.
GEA, GROUP OF INDEPENDENT AGENCIES, was created in 1993 as an initiative of a large number of well-established travel agencies that were striving to merge economical, professional, information and technological interests.
Since then the GEA GROUP has enjoyed continuous growth, both in the number of associated agencies and the quantity and quality of services offered.
