  Boarding of the ferry Algeciras/Tangiers. Arrival in Tangiers, where our guide will be waiting pierside. Departure to Meknes. Dinner and lodging in the hotel.  
     
 
 
     
Monday
MEKNES - FES - MEKNES
 
  Breakfast. Departure to Fez for a tour of the city. The visit will include, amongst other sights, the gates of the Royal Palace, the Jewish quarter or Mellah, and the gate of Bab Jeloud, until you reach the magnificent Medina, or old city. This part of the tour will be made on foot amongst winding streets that were once invulnerable to foreign invaders. A wealth of aromas and tastes combine to give visitors the impression that they have gone back in time. Return to Meknes and scenic tour of the city. Dinner and lodging in the hotel.  
 
 
 
 
Tuesday
MEKNES - AZROU - MIDELT - ERFOUD
 
  Breakfast. Early departure to Erfoud, going through towns such as Azrou and Midelt. Arrival in Erfoud. Dinner and lodging.  
     
 
 
     
Wednesday
ERFOUD - OUARZAZATE
 
  Optional daybreak tour to the dunes of Merzouga in 4 x 4. Breakfast. At the scheduled time, departure in coach to Ouarzazate with a visit to the Todra gorge and the valley of Dades. Arrival in Ouarzazate, dinner and lodging.  
     
   
     
Thursday
OUARZAZATE - MARRAKESH
 
  Breakfast. Departure to the city of Marrakesh, crossing the Atlas range through the Col Du Tichka and visiting the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, where part of Gladiator was filmed. Arrival in Marrakesh, dinner and lodging.  
     
   
     
Friday
MARRAKESH
 
  Breakfast. Tour of the city, known as the pearl of the south. The tour begins in the magnificent Menara Gardens. According to legend, warriors who were to cross the Strait of Gibraltar to invade the Iberian Peninsula learnt to swim here. Later you will see the Koutoubja Minaret, twin of the Giralda in Seville. Once you have delved into the older part of the city, you visit the Bahia Palace, where you can observe the layout of a typical old palace owned by one of the city??s wealthy people. Return to the hotel. In the afternoon, you will make a tour on foot of the old quarter of the city, including the souks, or markets, and the medina. You also have the opportunity to visit the districts of craftsmen in wood, ceramics, leather, etc. Return to the hotel. Dinner and lodging in the hotel.  
     
   
     
Saturday
MARRAKESH - RABAT
 
  Breakfast. Departure by coach to Rabat, the administrative capital of Morocco. 220 km away is the countrys largest city, Casablanca. On arrival, you will go on an extensive tour of the city and have some free time for an optional visit to the great mosque of Hassan II, recently inaugurated and famous for its overwhelming proportions and luxurious materials. Then you continue to Rabat and visit the city, including the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. Dinner and lodging.
